    We cater to a wide range of events including birthday parties, corporate events, weddings, festivals, and more! If you have a special occasion, we can make it memorable with our balloon artistry.

  • How far in advance should I book your services?

    It's always best to book as early as possible to ensure availability. Popular dates, especially weekends and holidays, tend to fill up quickly.  Orders should be placed as early as possible. Event set up dates and times are first come first serve and can fill up quickly. Orders placed less than one week in advance may be subject to a rush fee. This is to ensure we can rush ship products needed, rearrange our delivery schedule, and pay staff to stay later or come in early to prepare your order.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, check or credit card payments.

  • Can you create custom designs or themes?

    Absolutely! We specialize in creating bespoke balloon designs tailored to your event's theme or specific requirements. Just let us know your vision, and we'll bring it to life.

  • What safety measures do you follow, especially with helium-filled balloons?

    Safety is our top priority. We ensure that all balloons are securely tied and handle helium-filled balloons with utmost care. We also advise clients on best practices for balloon handling, especially around young children.

  • How long do your balloon creations last?

    The longevity of our balloon creations varies depending on the design and environmental factors. However, with proper care, many of our designs can last for several days, weeks if kept indoors.

  • What Balloon color options are there?

    Yes, we have liability insurance to ensure peace of mind for both us and our clients. We prioritize the safety and satisfaction of everyone involved. We are happy to provide information on request.

  • What areas do you serve?

    While we primarily serve the Omaha Nebraska Metro Area, we are open to traveling for events. Please contact us for more information regarding your specific location.



  • Are your balloons environmentally friendly?

    We are committed to sustainability and use biodegradable balloons whenever possible. We also encourage clients to recycle or dispose of balloons responsibly after the event. 

  • Do you do balloon releases?

    No, due to the harm it can potentailly cause we will not do balloon releases.

  • Can I meet with you at my event space?

    Yes, we do offer on-site consultation is available on select weekdays for an additional fee.

  • Do prices include removal of the decor?

    No, if you would like us to take down please let us know as additional fees apply.

  • How much is delivery? What is included

    Delivery starts at $75 min.  Delivery charges are based on time of delivery (normal business hours/ after hours), travel distance, site logistics, additional team members and many other factors.
